Benefits
Save money on your energy bills. Whole Home Electric can help eliminate your natural gas or propane bill.
Reduce energy usage with new, efficient electric equipment and upgrades.
Enhance the comfort of your home.
All-electric living promotes less air pollution and a healthier tomorrow for future generations.
Improvements
You can reduce energy usage by receiving the following improvements for FREE*:
Air source heat pump: provides highly efficient electric heating and cooling by transferring heat between the home and the surrounding environment, rather than generating it. To heat a home, heat pumps pull heat from the outside environment and move it indoors, and to cool a home, heat pumps transfer heat from the indoor air to the outside environment.
Heat pump water heater: efficiently heats water by using electricity to pull heat from the surrounding air and transferring it to the water enclosed in the storage tank. Use less energy to heat your water and reduce emissions. Traditional ENERGY STAR® electric water heaters are also available.
Induction or electric stove: Induction cooktops use electromagnetism to heat pots and pans. Cook faster and waste less heat.
Electric or heat pump clothes dryer: recycles air through an evaporator to remove moisture without losing heat. These units create zero gas emissions in your home, use less energy, and are easy to install since they do not require ventilation. Traditional ENERGY STAR® electric clothes dryers are also available.
*There is no cost for single-family customers to participate. Public housing and income eligible multi-family building owners (not tenants) may have a co-pay for certain measures.
